    Changing light on habor breeze ceilling fan
    My light is out on my Habor breeze ceilling fan and I can not take the dome fixture off to change the bulb.

    Put your palm on the bottom of the dome and give a sharp counterclockwise twist. I could be more detailed if you gave a model.
