Am a 37 year old mom of three. Number 2 is a very stubborn girl, who always has to say NO as her first answer on any and everything I say or ask for... everything is getting out of control am starting to lose contact with her and am really starting to hate her.I van't take it anymore .
Please help me

Have you tried counseling with your daughter and you alone?

Is there a reason that you believe that she acts out more than your other two children, i.e. learning disability, absent father figure?

You don't hate her, but perhaps you are starting to act like you do and she can feele it.
As trying as kids can be, they are the weaker of us and they need patience and understanding. They need our protection and care.
I would try to find out what the source of the problem is with your daughter. There could very well be something underlying and causing this attitude.
I would agree that counseling is in order for both separate and together. Teenage years are ahead and it only gets more challenging , nip it in the bud. Reclaim your relationship.
