    Very short and skinny
    Hi
    I am 18 and very short,how can I increase my height?Iam only 138 cm tall and my weight is also very less 40 kg,please suggest some remedy

    Get yourself to a nutritionist for a diet that will work for you.

    You can't really grow taller at 18 years old. You are probably going to be the height you are forever. A doctor can actually tell you if you are going to grow more or not. You can try a homeopathic medicine. I don't really think they work but other people think they do. You can check online.
