    Hello Starman

I assume your tub and shower have cold water taps installed.
If so, either the installation of the cold water pipe was done incorrectly (or is blocked), or there is a valve somewhere still not open. Please check the latter.
Can't you call the installer of your new bathroom to ask for advice or for him to service his handywork?

The plumber who did the work will know how to approach this problem. I would suggest that you call him first before you do anything.

As stated, call the plumber back. This should be taken care of under warranty at no cost to you. Most mixing valves have integral screwdriver stops in the valve body. Perhaps the plumber overlooked turning the cold side on. But that would make him a very bad plumber wouldn't it? Good luck, Tom
