Com port invalid / busy
I think I have tried everything! Attempting to connect to internet, when AOL 9.0 says “ com port invalid / or busy “ error message #02-01019. I’m also told application failed because CplBTQ00.EXE could not locate DailCnt.dll :confused:

I have come across this problem a few times but can never remember how I fixed it. My modem is installing on COM port 4, I only have COM port 1 and 2. I have NO resource conflicts, have uninstalled and reinstalled many times with the same result. Thanks Dan
Greetings! I try to install from a cd and get the following message "cd-rom drive is busy, close all other programs and try again (sometimes it helps to eject the disk and reinsert it)" The cd is working properly on other pcs.Any help is welcome!
