    You do not need to start a new thread for every post and question.
    The fuel shut off is in different locations. Some times they are located in the passengers side kick well. That is behind the panel in the foot well that decorates the right side of the foot well. Other times it is located in the trunk. Your owners manual should tell you where it is.
    As for the spark test. You should be able to remove one spark plug from the head, plug it back in and have someone crank the engine while you watch for spark. Remember to ground the side of the plug to something.
    Generally Honda as I remember requires a timing belt replacement at specific mileage intervals.
