    Paying another pet deposit.
    Hi there,

    I'm wondering if our landlord can make us pay another $500 for another pet...

    Lease? No lease? My leases are very specific - $X for one, $X for two, specific size pets.

    Yes, we just signed a one year lease. The guy doesn't seem to know laws. There is nothing in the lease about pets. We had to talk him into letting us have the cat. And we already paid the deposit for her.
