    Layoffs H1B Laws
    I just wanted to know if there is a law which states when a company is laying offs employees it must lay off foreign employess first such as those on H1b status?

    No such law. You may be getting confused with one of the attestations on the LCA that there is no strike or lockout in the course of a labor dispute.
