    Damage Repair
My tenant threw things at the walls in the apartment they are renting resulting in holes in the walls. I know they are responsible for fixing this but 1, how long do I have to give them to fix it 2, do I have to wait until they move out and use their security?
Another question is if I could have had them arrested for willfully damaging my property because she was angry at her boyfriend and threw things .

Please don't piggyback your post onto other threads. I've moved it to its own thread so that everyone will see it.

You cannot have your tenant arrested because she did not willfully damage your property. The damage to your property was consequential.

You can give your tenant written notice that the holes must be repaired immediately. If your lease has any kind of statement requiring the immediate repair of damage then you may be able to terminate the lease if she doesn't repair it immediately. If she doesn't repair it at all then you can repair it after she moved out and deduct the cost from her security.
