    Probate property served Motion of Default
    There is multiple children listed on a property in probate. When Motion of Foreclosure is served does all parties have to respond. What if one party does not respond... What is the option?

    Just curious: who or what filed a motion of foreclosure? The lender? Are payments being made to the lender? Or, is the loan in default?
