    No heat or hot water
How long does a landlord have to get the heat fixed in a single-family home in VA? This is the second time in 3 weeks that I have been without heat and hot water!

It shouldn't take longer than 2-3 business days to get it fixed. But if it goes on much more than that you should be getting a break on the rent for the days you had to go without heat.

Do the heat and hot water stop working at the same time? How often does this occur? How long did it take the landlord to remedy the problem the 1st time it happened?
