    First love
Is it really possible to forget your first? your first love and the one you had your first kiss and first 'time' with?

You never forget your "first." I had my first kiss at 15 and will never forget that. I haven't forgotten my "other" firsts, either! :)

When I think of my first love, my first kiss, my first "first," I smile. It is a happy, pleasant memory. They are parts of what have made me who I am. I do not cry over them any more because they have moved on - as have I. It is a distant whisper of something sweet and good in my past.

So, yes. You do "get over" your firsts... but you never forget. :)

I guess that's where the problem is for me, I can't seem to be able to move on/ get over my first love. How do I do that, how do I move on? I really do need to stop holding on to him and those memories.

What else do you have going for you in your life? Sitting around, thinking about your "first" love doesn't help. You have to WANT to get over someone, not just hope to. Usually the best way of going about doing this is to fill your life with things you enjoy doing, and then time takes care of the rest.

You will cope, and adjust over time. But you will never forget. That's not a bad thing.
