    Ceiling fan remote directions
    I have a WESTWIND PRODUCTS remote control for a ceiling fan, but no directions, can you help?

    Does it look like this? Westwind Ceiling Fan Remote Control - AZ Partsmaster Are you trying to install it or just make an existing one operate? This remote controls both the fan speed and the light. The receiver gets power from the house via a white neutral and a black hot. The output from the receiver is a black and a white to the fan inputs and then a blue and white to the light inputs.

    Is it a remote/receiver kit? If so, what wiring does it have?
