    Accounting: IRR
    Good Afternoon,

I am trying to figure an IRR and I am having some difficulty. Can you please help me and explain. I am trying to grasp this knowledge, but I am not doing something right.

    Example Information:

    C0 C1 C2 C3
    -$10,000 0 +$7,500 +$8,500

What I am needing to know is if the required retun is 12% should we accept this project?

Do you know how to calculate NPV? If so do that and use 12% as your discount rate. Otherwise I can give you the formula but you should be able to find it.
