    To loose weight in 15 days
    Guide me how can I loose weight in 15 days as my present weight is 60 kg and my height is 5'4 ,as I am going to get married in 20 days .

    Try the lemonade diet. It is a mixture of fresh squeezed lemon juice, chyenne pepper and maple syrup. You will lose about 10lbs.

    You will gain it back quickly after you end the diet, but for what you need it will work.

    Cut out all white carbs. No sugar, wheat of any sort, rice, pasta, box breakfast cereals. Eat lots and lots and lots of green vegetables, fish, lean protein like chicken or lean meat, eggs, cottage cheese. Cut out all processed food and ready meals. Drink lots of water and green tea. No soda, even diet soda. A small amount of fresh fruit, no juice. Very little root veg.

    You'll lose a lot of weight in two weeks. Some of it will be water, but you'll still look better in your wedding dress, and you'll feel better. Very few people feel well on wheat and sugar and processed food.
