    Divorce procedure after 12 years of separation
    I am separated for about 12 years. My son is 29 and does not need a support.
    What is divorce procedure for my case.

    Hello y:

    You need to hire an attorney.

    Or, if your wife is agreeable, the two of you can do a do it yourself divorce. You can probably download forms for your state online.
