    Good sites to locate replacement parts for ac units
    Hi,

    Anyone new to finding parts for electrical appliances, specifically ac units, Here are a couple of good places to start:

    Americanhvacparts.com

    Bestbuyheatingandairconditioning.com ($$ wink, wink. But has lots of parts)

    Grainger Industrial Supply

    United Refrigeration, Inc.

    I didn't actually try uri.

    BE SURE TO SHOP AROUND FOR A GOOD PRICE! I MADE A MISTAKE AND PAID EXTRA $80 BY NOT BEING CAREFUL.

    I, too, use Grainger. They've got a great selection of hard to find parts.

    Side note: If you have a part number, Google it: it often leads to suppliers of that part.
