    The scalp
    I have a bad fungui infection on my head and no its not danruf or lice and I can't make it go away I'm 19 yrs old and I don't want to shave my head just to make it go away help!!

    I just got a bad allergic reaction to a black hair dye.

    Do you have an itchy scalp? Is your scalp wet like an open wound? Do you have lumps under your skin on the back of your had and neck?

    If so go buy a Peppermint Oil based leave in conditioner and leave it on your hair after you shower. It will help you make it through the night without itching. You can leave it in during the day to if you wear a head wrap or bandana.

    And call a dermatologist to get a shot. My reaction took over a week in a half to develop so catch it before it gets worse.

Hi, I have noticed that my scalp itches a lot, particularly when I stay late into the night. Any idea why this happens? Is this a known condition or will it lead to a new discovery? ;-D Thank you.

Lump behind ear on scalp [ 1 Answers ]

Is there cause for concern because of a lump on the scalp? It is behind the right ear, about an inch or two in from the crease and down and inch. Not really red, but puffy to the touch and sore.
