    Subject: Weight losing problem


    Please guide me how to I improve my weight because I am losing my weight day by day,I am 27 years old and my weight is 62 kg, this is good or not good for me .my hight is 6 fit and 6 inches.please guide me .

    That is very low for being 6.6. Have you been seen by your doctor? Have you noticed a steady decrease in your weight? Any illness lately?

    Yes I'm 6'3ft and 75Kg. Very low indeed.

    Start eating a lot more if your not doing so already. If your one of them folk who are naturally skinny no matter what they eat then I purpose you to buy a some bulking protein powders to gain more weight.
