    How to Become Happier?
    Simple question as to how to become happier and gain the self trust that I had once before? I am in my twenties and don't have teoo much time to party and have that kind of fun. I was not like this 1 year ago.

    I am a generally happy person in the eyes of others however, when I am with my boyfriend I am not his crazy best friend anymore, now I am just a best friend. Maybe it is the weather maybe I am doing way too much worki and school. He is a great guy, we spend enough quality time and both get some space. Everything in my story seems right but I don't have the energy to be that crazy and energetic anymore in conversations.

    Even though I always run and I am a fighter, I have the energy to excersice. I need some self activities that might help me boost my individuality and lighten up everybody else's moods?

    p.s throughout the day I tend to be very happy around people I don't know or don't care about. i.e work or school, and by the time I see my boyfriend I get really tired of all the smiling and laughing. Ironically enough he is the only one that makes me that happy.:)

    You're comfortable with him, you seem happy. You just seem tired, and comfortable.
