Hello, I am filing 1040 NR and can I claim $5350 under US india tax treaty (Line 22) along with $3400 standard exemption(line 39)? Even though I put in $ 5350 under line 22 it is not getting deducted anywhere!! Am I missing something? Can anyone please help? Thanks Manoj
