    I sale wood fence. Like Gov. uses on battlefield parks.

    You research what agency buys them, city, county, state, federal.
    What department, VA, Gen Services or who.

    Then you see how they order them, most often from bids. So you watch the bids of all the various places, each day or at least each week, and place a bid in on it.

    A sound answer Chuck, I believe also that you have to be registered with Gen Services prior to bidding. This is a qualifying process, if you are a minority business owner you will be given special attention in most cases.
