    Landlord/tenant
I was evicted from my rental in September, 2008. There were issues regarding damages to the house, cleaning of etc. Some of the issues were viable, others not so. A month ago I received a letter from the landlord stating damages etc. Is there a time limitation as to her now finding damages?

    Hello b:

Maybe. You'll have to check. All state laws are different.

We have your states landlord/tenant law at the top of the real estate page on a sticky note.
