    Parental Rights
    How do I get my ex husband to give up his Parental Rights:confused: he does not see my boys or phone them and I would like it if my new husband had his rights as he is a dad to them can someone out there help me to get started...

    If your new husband is willing to adopt the children and your ex-husband agrees, the process should be simply easy. You can all go into court together and the judge will rule what s/he feels is in the best interest of the child.
