    Hi,
    When I married my husband I owned my own home and only my name is in the deed if I was to die would he get ownership of my home seeing he is my husband .I would like my daughter to have it what do I do to make that possible.

    You need to make a legal will. If you have no will your possession will pass to your husband in most states but your daughter could try to get some of your estate. This becomes a court battle that has torn many a family apart so I suggest seeing a lawyer and getting a will. If money is an issue you can check for legal assistance with your local area.
