Reduced sink pressure after D/W replacement
    Hi,

I just replaced my old Bosch dishwasher with a new Kenmore series 5103 dishwasher. The dishwasher is working fine and draining prpperly etc but we have noticed a significant drop in the pressure at the kitchen faucet. The CW and HW valves on the mains are open (I had closed them during dishwasher installation)

I can't imagine this issue to be related to a specific D/W model as the D/W HW supply is on demand and activated by a solenoid.

    Any ideas??

    Thanks!

Clean out the aereator at your kitchen faucet. It's not uncommon that after shutting off the water that gunk gets pushed to the aereators.

Try that and let us know how it goes ;)
