    Intertherm heat pump
    I need a revering valve for my intertherm heat pump that I bought in 1997 My problem is I can't find the model number can anyone help me . I've been told that it is on the elecrical panel door but not on mine.

    Check the panel just above/behind the service valves. If you know tubing sizes and coil voltage, an aftermarket reversing valve will do the job.

I have a electric intertherm heating and cooling furnace. I am trying to get heat. When I turn thermostat to heat and put it on auto my unit won't come on but, when I put thermostat to ventilate it will blow air but the air is not warm. I replaced thermostat but it still won't come on in auto.
