    Try going to last known good configuration or running repair off your windows disk, if both fail then you have to reinstall windows.

    If in either case it says it can't find your windows partition then your hard drive is more than likely failing and should be replaced.

    If after its fixed it happens again and again then again your hard drive is failing and should be replaced.
