How do you fix this toilet
My pipes seem to make a humming or vibration sound after flushing the toilets?
    What should be done.

Do one (or both) of the these two:

    1. Close and Open angle stop (valve) supplying water to the toilet
    2. You may have dirt in fill valve. In this case you have to close water, take off top of the fill valve, clean it, reinstall it - and open water back on.
