    Non Custodial parents rights in divorce
    I am looking at getting a divorce from m wife. I have been married for 8 to 9 years and I have no children with her. I have two children from my first wife. Does she have in rights that I need to know about before I go forward with this divorce?

    If she didn't adopt them she should have no rights,

    Not to the children, to property, to perhaps alimony but not to the children
