    Farm lease form 111
Parents have been told by my sister's and brother-in-law's attorney that they have a lease on my parents property. My parents have stated that no lease exists. Also no copy of said lease has ever been presented to my parents even when requested. Sibling has stated that lease is notarized and has both my parents signatures, my brother's signature, sister's signature and brother-in-law's signature are on lease. Do not know what Farm Lease Form 111 looks like and do not all parties signing a document to be notarized have to been present with ID's at such time in the state of Oregon

    Hello j:

Leases don't have to be notarized in order to be legal. They just have to be signed.

So, what is the problem?? Tell us WHAT THAT IS, and maybe we can help.
