    Which Tax form to File
    I was on:
    1. F1 from Aug'04 to April'07.
    2. J1 from May'07 to Sep'07.
    3. H1 from Oct'07 to now.
    4. Went to India for 10 days in 2007 and 20 days in 2005.

    Which tax form should I file?

    You are residnet in 2008. File resident tax return.
