    Installing a Totaline p286-1500 thermostat
    I have a Carrier 10 Seer Heat Pump. The model number is 38yCC036. It is a 3 ton unit with 7.2 Hspf. I would like to install a Totaline p286-1500 programmable thermostat. Will this thermostat work with this heat pump? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Check the application data, or (if you already have it in your possession) the wiring diagrams with the installation instructions. Or, visit totaline.com and enter the thermostat model #.
