    Interest on a judgement
    Can the attorneys control the interest rate on a judgement they have won? Who controls that?

    Interest on judgements is a matter of state law. There are interest rate calculators which can figure out the total debt, if you know the rate. Calculator - Judgement Collections

    First read the judgement, this normally should be specific to this,
    Call the clerk of the court and see what the allowed interest is
