Low pressure when water is hot
I just had a new water heater installed and when I went to take a shower the pressure was very low as I turned up the heat. How can this be fixed so that I have the same pressure for hot and cold water?

Are you saying that you have good pressure on the cold side but when you turn it hotter the pressure falls off? Is this on all faucets or just the shower valve? If on the shower valve what's the brand name? How old? Pressure balancing or anti-scald feature? Let me know. Tom

    Hi Tom,

I have just noticed this in my shower. I haven't had to use hot water anywhere else as of yet. I don't know what brand my shower head is. We have had the same one since we bought the house. I never had this problem before though
