    Credit judgment
    Hi there!
    My question is... i am currently 6 1/2 months late on 2 credit accounts

    I have tried to settle with the companys to no avail. They have stopped

    Calling and i wanted to know will i be notified before a judgment is

    Placed against me??

    Yes - you will receive a summons to a hearing where you can go to defend yourself.

    Getting a judgement is a legal process. A suit has to be filed in court and you need to be served a summons notifying you of this. You are then required to file an answer so that a hearing can be held.
