    Mohter needs to move
    I own 2/3 my sister own 1/3. I pay all property taxes. I let my mother move in the house in 2001. Now I want my mother to move out.

    Couple things. It's not nice to throw your mother to the curb.

    But, if you're going to do that, you need to evict her according to the laws of your state. We have copies of the law at the top of the real estate page.
