    Filing a Property Lien
    In an effort to collect payment for profesionsla services rendeed I am interested in finding out the corrrect method and the legal ramifications of filing a lien on a prpoerty.

    I'm not certain about a lien for professional services, say a debt based upon services by an attorney, dentist, doctor, etc. This type of debt would require filing a claim, obtaining a judgement, and filing the judgement in the appropriate records in the debtor's county.
