    Bootcamp in 4days
    I have to lose 5lbs in 4days or i wont get accepted into bootcamp. I run daily at least 3miles, and then maybe 15minutes in the suana. I try to eat as healthy as possible. No salt. No soda. All that jazz. But it wont come off. I need to drastically lose these 5lbs somehow. Help!!!

    Are you talking about a military "boot camp". If so, that is a fairly new restriction unless you are grossly overweight.
    Forget the sauna. It just makes you sweat. Run all 3 miles at one time. If you can run 3 miles without walking or stopping then you are in good enough shape for military service training. Eating healthy is no good if you are talking about a tray full salad loaded with salad dressing.
