Dear sir/madam I am a 26yrs boy and in the past 5yrs my weight is gradually losing and I am looking very weak. I consulted to some internal physicians and had done lot of investigations. All the investigations found nothing significant and the physicians are advising just to take good foods.I am doing as told by them, but ever since I found no improvements are gaining. I would be v grateful if you could give me a valuable advice on the types of foods that I would keep taking to be fit.

What are you eating now, and how much?

What sort of exercise are you doing? What is your weight?

Can you give me amounts? There is a website called www, fitday, com where you can open a free acount. Go there, put in the exact amount of the food you eat in a day, and you'll see how many calories you are eating, plus grams of protein, fat and carbohydrate.

Health and wellness vision [ 3 Answers ]

 I would like to know if it is necessary to have the optic pressure test when having a vision exam. My daughter is near sighted and needs glasses but refuses to have this test where they puff air into her eyes. Is it really necessary to get new glasses?
