    Getting divorce
    I want to start divorce proceedings, where do I start?
    I am residing in RSA

    Not sure where RSA is, can you help us with location.

    But several issues, are their kids invovled, is there property to divide,
    Do both parties agree to the divorce and do both parties agree to ALL, of the terms of getting divorced

    RSA - Republic of South Africa... there are no children involved, no property etc.. and it's a mutual decision.
