Caulking for prevention of heat and pests
I am caulking maininly to keep the pest out but I know it will help keep the utility bill down as well. I have white baseboard and grey baseboard. I want it to look neat and if I don't have to paint that is good too.

Any suggestions as to what type of caulk to use and how to apply it to look neat. I have bugs coming in also maybe in windows including block windows and doors.

Should I also do weatherstripping for this problem?

Any tips wills will be appreciated.
