    Abandonment in Florida?
    Isn't there a law about abandonment of real estate in Florida. I own property with my ex-boyfriend and he just stopped any financial responsibilities to the house, it has been on the market for over a year and I have not seen or heard form him for 6 months?

    Yeah, its called foreclosure. If you don't pay what you contracted to then they foreclose on the property.
