    Refi loan not in my name title is
    I have been told by my attorney
    I am on the title of my dad's house but loan is in his name

    Dad deceased over 8yrs now .
    Can I refinance without a problem? I have been told by attorney I could , just checking here

    Why haven't you changed the loa.n? You are lucky the lender didn't call the loan. But I agree you should have no problem refinancing
