    No Compete Clause
    I need information about a no compete clause to be put into an existing lease. How specific and restrictive can it be?

    Hello alt:

    You'll have to tell us MORE than that. I've never heard of a lease with a non compete clause.

    Tell us WHO you want to restrict from doing WHAT, and WHY you think you should be able to do that. WHAT are they leasing?
