OK I'm 14 years old and I get good grades in school but not a nerd but everyone thinks I am because no one else tries.but this one guy always says hey look it's the prep and shut up little prep and he says he hates preps I'm always quiet and never mean to any one but he hates me so much and every time I'm around him I feel uncomfortable why is he so mean to me?

He might like you. A lot of guys try to get attention by being irritating. It's a pretty immature way to act, whether a guy is 14 or 24.

Sarah, You have posted a lot of different threads in a short amount of time. You seem very anxious about a lot of things. I think you need to relax and learn to like yourself and not worry so much who likes you and who does not.

Furthermore, there's Nothing wrong with being a bit "nerdy." If being smart and working hard is nerdy at your school embrace your nerdiness. Next time he says something, say "Hey, slacker!" like he's a long lost friend, or something smart. In the long run, you are going to have a more satisfying life if you stay focused on education and don't let people--this guy or your girlfriends--get under your skin so much.
