    Child Support Off/On
How many times will the law allow you to put someone on child support after you've taken them off??

Because my fiance's "baby mama" has put him on child support and taken him off. Now she's threatening to put him back on.

I am not aware you can "take them off" you can take the case away from Child support enforcement, but you have to go to court and have the child support order modified, normally restricted to things like wage changes and other situations

What state is this in because once it starts its usually mandatory that payments be made through the state so they can be tracked and proper credit given.

When he's " off " he could be accumulating arrears.
