    How can I do this
There is a boy whose parents only go to clubs and bars to drink and leaves him alone by himself when he has a spine disorder. He is almost always alone and his spine is always hurting him but his parents don't do much to help how can I get custody over him?

    Are you related, close friend?

Its unlikely if your none of that but you may as well try if you care that much and you clearly do.

If you are not a relative, it may be difficult if there are relatives willing to care for him. But what you can do, is contact your local children's services agency. Explain to them the circumstances and tell them you are willing to foster him.

His parents abuse him and leave bruises and I don't know what to do because he lives in ireland now I'm not a relative just a friend but he calls me mommy he's 17 and I'm 18 but I'm more of a mom to him then his own mom and it hurts my insides to know that someone is beating him when he is in bad enough shape as it is he's in a wheel chair with a spine disability

So do as I suggested. However, given your ages, I doubt if you would be allowed to foster.
