    How to file a dismissal case against the plaintiff,cause they didn't file evidence list in time.

    Hello c:

    Write a letter to the judge and ask him to dismiss the lawsuit because of the reasons you mentioned. Ask the judge to consider your letter to be a motion. Send a copy to the OTHER lawyer, and send your letters certified.

    And then their attorney will ask that they be given an extenstion and maybe a hearing date on these motions will be set by the court.

    Or the judge will allow the case forward and not allow certain items into evidence
