    USB audio?
I have a BOSE sound system, it connects through the USB It worked fine until I refomatted my hard drive. Now when I start my cpmuter a buzzing noise comes out of the speqaqkers until the windows start up screen. Then sound will last for around 30 seconds and cut off. When I go to test my audio device the computer tells me the device is working fine. Regular computer speakers work fine. What can happen to USB connections? I'de appreciate any suggestions one might have. Oh... I also called BOSE and sent my system in for repair thinking it could be the speakers. I just got them back and the problem persists.

There is probably a special driver for the USB speakers. You'll have to obtain the driver.
